  3. Receive recommended implementation plan. We define what to implement and how.
  4. Plan approval cycle. You approve the plan or request edits; we revise until approved.
  5. Custom implementation. We implement the approved plan.
  6. Implementation approval cycle. You approve implementation or request changes; we revise until approved.
  7. Job complete. Final sign-off closes delivery.
