Agreement

These terms constitute an agreement between you and GuardianMesh Inc. (Corporation Number 1775511-2), a Canadian federal corporation, operating through its AI4U division. By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

Services

AI4U provides independent AI consulting and implementation services for small businesses. Services are delivered through paid consultations, proposal-based implementation projects, and optional post-delivery support.

Engagement Model

All engagements follow a structured process:

  1. Paid consultation: every engagement begins with a paid discovery consultation focused on business goals, constraints, and priorities.
  2. Proposal: after the consultation, we provide recommended implementation options with defined scope, timeline, and pricing.
  3. Signed contract: implementation work begins only after you approve a proposal and sign a contract. The consultation fee is credited toward the contracted project.
  4. Implementation and approval: work is delivered against the approved plan with revision cycles through final sign-off.

The consultation is a paid planning stage and does not include implementation delivery. Implementation scope, timeline, and pricing are defined exclusively in the signed contract.

Payment Terms

  • Consultation fees are collected at the time of booking via Stripe or PayPal.
  • Implementation fees are governed by the terms of the signed contract.
  • If you approve a proposal and sign a project contract, the consultation fee is credited toward that contracted project.
  • Post-delivery support is billed at the hourly rate specified on the services page. Support communication and scoping are free.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through a notice on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
